Loyalty, not a one way street

glick has not been happy lately about employees speaking with the other candidates that are running for sheriff. glick's idea of loyalty is best described as the king/serf relationship with glick being the king.

The comments received about the way that employees are treated, based on the view of the administration has been interesting to say the least. More information on that in a later post.

If you say hello to glick, he may say hello back, depending on who you are. Kind of sad when the sheriff does not acknowledge employees on an even basis. glick must really think that no one will call him on it since he is the sheriff.

It is coming back to haunt you, isn't it, danny boy?

  1. Are you kidding me? Do you NOT understand the issue with the county vehicles? Let me explain it to people here. His Lt's, patrol side and dentention side all have cars to drive back and forth to work and they are all filled up with county gas. Even the Lt's that aren't essential personnel have cars to drive. So what about Sgts? Yep, they all have cars too. Street Sgts I can see, Detention Sgts? Give me a break!

Lets further this another step, his HR guy. He has a county vehicle with county gas too. Ummm, what does he respond to? Maybe a call where he might have to write a report for the newspaper? Ha, that can be done by the shift Sgt.

Do you know why these people get these cars when they don't need them? This is how Danny shows loyalty to his "followers", while WE, the citizens of Laramie County pay for it.

  2. Danny Glick's wife was caught last election checking out deputies homes to see if they were supporting or not supporting her husband.
Pam Glick felt anyone not supporting her husband should be fired.

Three of the deputies not supporting her husband were later fired.

  3. Just to help you out a bit. The detention Sgt,'s don't get cars. Haven't in at least 10 year. So, continue with your drivel.

  4. Wasting tax payer money on take home cars for administrative staff is not drivel. It is a very high expense to purchase the vehicles and maintain them. This clearly reflects the attitude of Sheriff Glick on spending tax payer money wisely.

  5. If you feel this is a waste, so be it. I am pointing out that the above post was wrong. Detention staff do not have take home cars.

  6. Scott Young has a car and he works for the Detention side so I guess you were wrong?
